20-8-2 Rule
The "20-8-2 rule" suggests a work pattern of 20 minutes of sitting, 8 minutes of standing, and 2 minutes of movement every 30 minutes to promote better posture, reduce the negative effects of prolonged sitting, and increase energy expenditure.

Medical Experts say we need to take break every 30 - 45 mins and stand/walk atleast for 2-3 mins . :) . And also let we warn you the ill effects cannot be dealt by 1 hr physical excercise. Its not a good idea , we should not sit more than 20 mins at a stretch .
